1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 94bd platform and all its services. Together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, these Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 94bd.

When registering at 94bd, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed, and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

94bd reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method when required. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of the verification process. Failure to cooperate in providing all required documents may result in account suspension. This is part of ensuring a safe and fair play environment.

2.4 Account Closure & Suspension

94bd may suspend or permanently close your account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Involvement in fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activity.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Extended period of inactivity on the account.

3.1 Deposits

For deposits at 94bd, we support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if any identity verification is pending.

3.3 Currency

All transactions at 94bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions made in other currencies will be converted at the applicable exchange rate.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total of ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each player is eligible to receive each promotion only once.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they are for gameplay use only.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 94bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.1 VIP Tiers

94bd has five VIP tiers. Players at each tier receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

5.2 VIP Tier Progression

Players can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gameplay. Tier progression is determined based on 94bd's own assessment and is entirely at 94bd's discretion.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

94bd is committed to maintaining a fair play environment. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes will result in account closure.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent methods.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit system or software vulnerabilities.
• Harassing other players or engaging in unethical conduct.

6.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error or system disruption, 94bd will endeavor to provide the best possible resolution. However, if an incorrect or inconsistent win is displayed due to a technical error, it will be considered void and 94bd reserves the right to correct it.
